Sales Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve the kid of your choice. We accept PayPal, money order or cash for the deposit. When using PayPal, please use “friends and family” or include 3% to cover the fee. The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup. All babies must be PAID IN FULL before leaving the farm.

Kids will be kept until weaning at about 8 to 10 weeks old, at which time they can be picked up.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale or cancel a reservation if we believe it is not in the best interest of the animal.

All kids are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale. However, because we cannot control circumstances after the animal leaves our farm, we cannot offer further guarantees.
If you are out of state, a vet health certificate will be provided at the buyer’s expense.
Any health certificates, additional testing, or transportation costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Kids will come with an application for registration with ADGA. Wethers are not eligible for registration with ADGA
All kids will be disbudded, tattooed, and CDT vaccinated. They will have their first hoof trim. All bucks will be wethered unless they are being sold as intact bucks.
We reserve the right to retain any kids born at Brownwood.
We do not offer stud services.
